In this dynamic and fastpaced role you will play a key part in managing payment investigations and overseeing the chargeback process for transaction disputes on behalf of our cardholders.
We are looking for a new team member to support us with the following tasks and contribute to the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring payments to ensure they are processed accurately and on time and resolving delays quickly.
- Payment investigations in all currencies.
- Independently coordinate payment inquiries and compliance requests from and to our banking partners.
- Representing the interests of our cardholders against unjustified claims by merchants worldwide
- Gathering and providing evidence as well as preparing chargeback dossiers.
- Managing the entire chargeback process (from the initial dispute to the final decision of the scheme).
- Interaction with our relationship management team coordinating with internal departments as well as collaboration with our partner banks to ensure topnotch service.
With your expertise in this field you will play a vital role in the timely followup of payment transactions processed by amnis contributing to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Commercial or equivalent education with at least 2 years of professional experience in the payment industry.
- Knowledge of the card industry is an advantage.
- Openminded and wellbalanced personality
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Remaining calm and maintaining oversight in highpressure situations
- Curious eager to learn with good selfassessment and motivation
- IT affinity: Working with various banking tools and our web front and backend application is no challenge for you.
- We communicate in German and English within the team and any additional language skills are welcome.
