Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Deposits Cards and Core Banking Operations and will play a key role in analysing optimising and delivering innovative solutions to support our banking card operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyse business requirements specific to banking card operations deposits and core banking processes.
- Solution Design: Develop functional specifications and process models to support business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and support teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing banking processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations and standards.
- Testing and Validation: Work closely with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking Domain.
- Indepth knowledge of Deposits Cards and Core Banking Operations.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
