About the role

We are seeking an experienced Services Coordinator to join a busy team. In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective office & administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our client services team.

What youll be doing

  • Answer the phone redirecting calls to relevant team members and taking messages.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and organisation of work tasks appointments meetings and events
  • Manage client & worker records and data in our internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing data entry and responding to team enquiries
  • Assist with the preparation of reports presentations and other documents
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office procedures and processes


Requirements

What were looking for

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or services coordinator
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in delivering high quality & personalised customer service solutions
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software packages
  • Ability to support across multiple areas and be part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work

Role & Responsibilities Manage incoming & outbound customer service enquires, logging origin, and answering general customer questions, request further information and escalate issues as required. Review, update and maintain CRM with information, ensuring timely communication and compliance and accurate and informative data entry and reporting. Utilise data to identify issues and trends to indicate changing customer requirements. Support with a variety of customer and administration tasks.
