The incumbent will be responsible for implementing HR Employee Relation processes running across employee life cycle with respect to case management post investigation conducting domestic enquiry. attending conciliation proceedings in labor department guiding management representatives for cases. Handle disputes in labor courts both under ID act as well as S&E ac. Handle sensitive IR issues. Liaise with labor department. Preparing proactive engagement practices for promoting positive work.
Responsibilities
drafting of SCN and charge sheet across India.
MBA/MSW/Industrial Relations Specialization. Legal qualification will be added advantage.
