- Handle customer inquiries, provide guidance, and address any concerns or issues they may have regarding products.
2. Product Demonstration and Presentation
- Demonstrate how electrical appliances work, highlighting key features such as energy-saving options, usability, and technology advancements.
- Set up and maintain product displays, ensuring that all appliances are clean, well-organized, and in working condition.
- Show customers how specific appliances function, ensuring they understand how to use them properly and safely.
3. Sales Targets and Performance
- Meet or exceed sales targets for the electrical appliance department, contributing to overall store or department sales goals.
- Encourage customers to make purchases by promoting sales, discounts, or bundling options.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products, such as extended warranties, installation services, or complementary appliances (e.g., a microwave to go with a new stove).
4. Product Knowledge and Updates
- Stay updated on new electrical appliance models, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide customers with the most current information.
- Attend product training sessions to understand the specifications, advantages, and proper usage of new appliances.
- Provide expert advice on the pros and cons of different appliances, such as energy consumption, durability, and available features.
