Job Description
- Greet clients warmly and establish meaningful connections to ensure an exceptional instore experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador effectively communicating the essence of our brands vision and values in every interaction.
- Curate an inspiring shopping experience by showcasing products thoughtfully and ensuring that every display reflects the brand s sophistication.
- Leverage strong sales acumen and storytelling skills to guide clients toward discovering the perfect pieces that resonate with their needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations that reflect a deep understanding of the brand s offerings and the client s preferences.
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail in store presentation ensuring all products and displays are in line with the brand s high standards.
- Collaborate closely with the team to foster a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar clientfacing environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- A natural flair for communication with excellent storytelling skills to convey the magic of the brand.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a polished seamless shopping experience.
- A collaborative dynamic spirit and the ability to thrive in a youthful highenergy environment.
- A refined sense of style and an innate appreciation for aesthetics and luxury.
