Ensure timely preparation of Quality deliverables for the Project.
Ensure compliance of Project Quality Plan and specified requirements during execution.
Support the Project Execution Team to deliver within Quality Cost and Schedule.
Functional Management
Management responsibilities of the Project Quality team assigned to a project
Identify / allocate QA/QC resources processes and guidelines for the construction phase of the project
Guide QA/QC engineers and Coordinator(s) to support in reviewing project / site specific documentation performing inspections and reporting on supplier activities as per agreed inspection and test plans
Assign Internal / Client Submission / Supplier documents for review and inspections based on Project requirements and competency requirements
Present the weekly / monthly Quality report to Project Management / PMO or Management Team / Client.

2Construction Manager Deputy Construction Manager
Responsible for executing all construction activities in accordance with safety policies and procedures and promoting a SafetyFirst
culture amongst company and contractor personnel.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations industry standards and contractual obligations. This includes obtaining
necessary permits and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Develop detailed construction sequence and schedule to maximize the efficiency of onsite contractors based on the forecast
availability of equipment and engineering deliverables.
Manage the site construction supervision team and set daily priorities including all other Functions at Site in accordance with overall
project schedule.
Plan the mobilization of assigned construction Subcontractors and necessary tooling/equipment to ensure they are mobilized in line
with agreed schedules.
Act as point of contact for all onsite issues and meetings with Client.
Plan schedule or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
Monitor and Control the Scope of Work against Client Requirement and Subcontractor execution.
Provide Inputs to Project Contract Manager and review VORs (External/Internal) following the MOC procedure.
To follow and ensure that all team under his/her supervision comply with SLB Procedures and Guidelines.
Verify and approve: Construction (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) Reports.
Hold weekly meetings of Construction to review (Indicators performance progress) with Client and with Subcontractor(s) exposing
the relevant facts related to progress quality SMS activity scheduling and others. And ensure that is minuted and signed by
stakeholders.

3Electrical Construction Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the electrical construction activities including coordinating with subcontractors peers and suppliers.
Enforce safety regulations and building codes and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations.
Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in their discipline.
Maintain accurate records of progress and quality control measures.
Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process related with the domain.
Oversee and report deviations of how Subcontractor manage the allocation of resources including labor materials and equipment
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Scope of Work approved plans specifications and permits.
Review Permit to Work requested by Subcontractor ensuring that all the hazards & controls/precautions are explained to and understood by the affected operators. Issue Electrical Safety documents.
Review/Approve Isolation Request & Validation and LOTO procedures.
Ensure safe working practices and Electrical Safety Rules are followed by operators on site
Interface with the Client Electrical counterpart and with the site Manager as required promptly identifying areas of concern that may affect progress/quality/cost etc. recommending corrective actions as required.
Take part in daily meeting to report and forecast activities. Liaise with other Construction Supervisors
Provide sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems within the discipline.
Interface with Engineering ensuring that latest revision of documentation is used on site.
Electrical erection activities schedule monitoring.
Assist with Commissioning phase as required
Manage as built drawings from Subcontractors
Verify material presence on site promptly identifying future potential issues.
Coordinating a team of Authorized Electrical Persons for the Electrical Works execution
Coordination with site Electrical QA/QC (OPF and Supplier).
Inspecting / approve and assessing the work done from Subcontractors

5QC Mechanical Completion Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Mechanical completion walkdowns with construction team and QC team.
Organize punch consolidation meeting after completing the MC walkdowns and ensure that right category of punch is assigned (e.g.Category A B and C)
Support project planner to Develop Mechanical completion skyline inline with the commissioning priorities and circulate them to respective construction superintendent for completing MC of the required subsystems
Coordinate with site construction team for sub system readiness as per priority.
Coordinate with completion team for AITR population in respective subsystem.
Coordinate with construction team for ontime completion of ITRs.
Coordinate and maintain the subsystem wise punch list status in the CCMS system.
Ensure punch closure responsible parties assigned in the punch list module of the CCMS.
Coordinate the punch closure with construction team at subsystem level and send punch list report to all action parties.
Coordinate with client to get the completed punches signedoff and get the punch list updated into the CCMS.
Keep track of closing of Category A and B punch items to enable commissioning team to declare the system Ready for Commissioning and Ready for Startup respectively.
Ensure completeness of subsystem MC dossier and ensure timely review by QC and commissioning team.
Coordinate with client for releasing subsystem/s Mechanical completion certificates for sub systems completed and subsystem MC dossiers submitted to client for review and approval.
Ensure that construction team complete the ATEX ITRs Scan and ensure that completion engineer upload them into the CCMS along with equipment ATEX certificate.
Ensure that ATEX Register is maintained by site QC team with latest updates.
Coordinate with supply chain for damaged or lost items found and punched during MC Walkdown.
Present the weekly / monthly Quality report to Project Management / PMO or
