Roles:
to oversee all HR functions
to do recruitments when needed
on charge of sending offer letters when a candidate is selected
give appointment letters
to take care of orientation/induction of new joinees
to take care of implementation of all policies
to prepare monthly salary sheets
Incharge of yearly appraisals to be calculated according to the policy
to train staff as and when needed
to counsel staff when needed
To set systems and SOPs of all Departments at the clinic for their smooth operations..
To oversee and monitor all the systems set on a daily basis.
