Sales Agents and Brand Activators are responsible for generating leads closing sales and maintaining excellent customer relationships within their regions. BAs will operate on a contract basis to supplement the sales team during peak periods or specific campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into paying customers focusing on both B2C and B2B opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and communicate the benefits of our services.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
Report sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager including new leads closed deals and challenges.
KPIs:
Number of new customers onboarded and deals closed.
Achievement of individual sales targets.
Customer retention and satisfaction with regular followup and engagement.
Lead conversion rate (from inquiry to deal closure).
