Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships and contributing to the company s growth by meeting sales targets. The Sales Associate will focus on client engagement lead generation and maintaining a positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for a selfstarter with a passion for sales who is eager to grow within the real estate industry.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Actively generate and follow up on leads through cold calling networking and social media.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on available properties and services.
  • Maintain and update customer records sales data and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Participate in inspections allocations exhibitions and company events.
  • Support negotiation processes by preparing relevant documentation and following up on client concerns.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries objections and complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Associate and other team members to achieve individual and team sales goals


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a sales role preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Track record of achieving at least 50m in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Confident in delivering property presentations to potential clients.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
