Job Description

  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring high service and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Lead and supervise the restaurant staff including hiring training scheduling and performance management.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure all guests receive outstanding service.
  • Oversee inventory management ordering and cost control to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment in the restaurant at all times.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety regulations including food safety standards.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Report on financial performance including daily sales expenses and profitability.



Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to the needs of the business.
