Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Manager with 34 years of experience in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing new clients building strong client relationships and negotiating successful business deals. As a goaldriven and selfstarting professional you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new recruitment contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify target and secure new clients for recruitment services focusing on companies needing talent acquisition solutions.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain longterm relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals effectively.
Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual business development targets.
Market Analysis: Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activities and market demands to remain competitive in the recruitment space.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure that client needs are met and recruitment processes are effectively carried out.
Reporting & Documentation: Regularly report on business development activities sales pipeline and progress against targets to management.
Brand Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at networking events meetings and conferences to enhance the companys visibility and brand reputation.
Experience: Minimum of 34 years of experience in a business development or sales role within a recruitment or staffing organization.
Educational Qualification: HND or BSc in any course from a reputable university.
Recruitment Knowledge: Solid understanding of recruitment processes talent acquisition and client sourcing strategies.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and close contracts that benefit both the client and the organization.
Sales and GoalOrientation: Strong ability to work towards targets with a focus on driving sales and achieving measurable results.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage influence and build rapport with clients.
SelfStarter: Ability to work independently with a proactive and goaldriven approach to business development.
Certification (Preferred): Additional certification in sales or business development will be an advantage.
Resultsoriented and targetdriven.
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
