5) Performance Monitoring: Track broker performance ensuring they meet acquisition and sales targets and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
6) Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for brokers to ensure alignment with processes products and systems.
7) Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration within the broker network.
8) Regular Meetings & Checkins: Maintain frequent touchpoints with brokers to ensure consistent engagement and performance optimization.
