Work Location: Onsite in Houston Texas.

Job Requirements:
- Strong experience with network infrastructure (routing switching firewalls WiFi).
- Expertise in deskside support hardware/software troubleshooting and A/V setup.
- Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols for offshore environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide handson support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices and LAN equipment.
- Troubleshoot network issues configure routing/switching protocols (OSPF BGP VLAN etc.) and maintain network security (firewalls VPN).
- Install and maintain A/V equipment; provide meeting support for conference rooms.
- Offer network support troubleshooting connectivity and device issues.
Certifications:
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
- HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
