Tasks
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for desktops laptops and network devices to ensure seamless operation of client infrastructure.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software components including operating systems networking equipment and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist in the deployment and management of network infrastructure including routers switches and wireless access points to support organizational goals.
- Document and update technical procedures and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and improve client service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in deskside support and networking preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols wireless communication and data center operations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with an emphasis on providing highquality customer service.
