Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures salary ranges and benefits programs by conducting market research analyzing internal data designing compensation structures & collaborating with stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform total rewards strategies utilizing online resources surveys & focus groups
- Collaborate with HR teams to align total rewards strategies with business objectives and talent management strategies
- Design and implement comprehensive benefits programs including health wellness retirement options and other benefits conducting costbenefit analyses and ensuring compliance
- Manage compensation & benefits budget forecasting future needs tracking expenses and collaborating with finance teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies regulations (ERISA ACA) and laws conduct audits consulting with legal counsel implementing compliance measures
- Utilize HRIS systems to support compensation & benefits administration configuring systems loading data running reports and analyzing results
- Assist in development of accurate job evaluations and grading systems
- Conduct compensation & benefits training for HR staff and management
- Analyze & report on compensation and benefits metrics tracking turnover retention & identifying trends
Minimum Required Qualifications Certificates & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business or related field.
- Work Experience (e.g. Number of years and field / role) 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits with expertise in HRIS systems implementation and management
- Certificates & Trainings Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or equivalent is a plus
- Skills Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits Design HRIS Systems Administration and Data Analysis & Reporting
