Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness generate leads and drive online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM email marketing social media and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
2. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging content and implementing effective strategies.
- Develop and schedule social media posts ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor trends engagement metrics and community interactions to improve online presence.
3. SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve website performance and user experience.
- Work with web developers to enhance site functionality and page speed.
4. Email & CRM Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters and promotional offers.
- Segment audiences and personalize content to increase engagement and conversion rates.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track analyze and report on key digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics Google Ads and social media insights.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Business or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and SEO tools like Google Analytics SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing social media platforms and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret datadriven insights.
- Creativity attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools and video editing is a plus.
