Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a fast-paced warehouse, retail, or grocery environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficient in planning, scheduling, and managing multi-branch operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (preferred).
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Knowledge of the grocery industry, including food safety and handling standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with team members and partners.
A valid driver’s license to facilitate branch visits and partner coordination.
Branch Operations Management:
Strong experience in overseeing day-to-day operations at a branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Proficient in managing branch activities such as cash handling, customer service, compliance, and operational support.
Leadership and Team Management:
Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring performance standards are met and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.
Ability to motivate and guide branch staff to achieve operational targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Process Improvement:
Experience in identifying inefficiencies in branch operations and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Familiar with process optimization techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma to improve operational workflows.
Full-time
