- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media employee referrals and databases.
- Screening: Review resumes conduct initial phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Onboarding: Participate in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building a strong employer brand.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
