Job Description

Job Summary
On behalf of our client We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to help them in overall sales efforts of information technology products & services. You will be an integral part of the Business Development Team.



Responsibilities and Duties
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs address concerns and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services. Be able to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that showcase the benefits of the companys products and solutions. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Work with clients to create customized proposals and negotiate contracts. Ensure terms and conditions are transparent and favorable to both parties and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently adding new prospects and advancing existing opportunities through sales.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the evolving landscape of information technologies by attending workshops conferences and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Requirements

1. Experience:

o 3 or less years ( not more ) of proven experience in a sales environment.

o Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve a sales coverage of at least 100 million every 6 months.

2. Industry Focus:

o Preferably experienced in selling software solutions or turnkey project sales.

o Exposure to industries requiring complex sales cycles and solutionbased selling is an added advantage.

3. Sales Expertise:

o Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Skilled in understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

4. Technical and Business Acumen:

o Familiarity with the sales process for technologydriven solutions or infrastructure projects.

o Ability to effectively communicate the value of solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

5. Education:

o A bachelors degree in business marketing engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates exceptional sales achievements.
