You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client is a leading provider of Energy Solutions in Amman Jordan. On their behalf we are seeking to hire a skilled and dynamic Human Resource Director with global experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with clients overall business goals including talent acquisition development performance management employee engagement compensation and benefits and organizational effectiveness.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the full recruitment and selection process ensuring the hiring of highquality talent across all departments. Manage employee onboarding and development programs including training and mentorship initiatives.
3. Compensation and Benefits: Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing unionized labor relations effectively addressing concerns and promoting a culture of respect and communication.
5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems including performance reviews goal setting and talent identification.
6. Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs including succession planning leadership development and change management initiatives.
7. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws regulations and company policies. Maintain HR documentation and records in accordance with legal requirements. 8. Budgeting and Management: Manage the HR department budget effectively ensuring cost effective operations and resource allocation.
9. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a highperforming HR team providing guidance coaching and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Masters degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in global HR management with proven success in leading and developing HR functions within a large and complex organization.
Should have experience managing high number unionized labor workforce operating from a site based center.
Extensive knowledge of employment law and labor relations with willingness to understand Jordanian union legal requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition performance management compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative HR solutions.
Proficiency in HR software applications and databases.
Fluency in English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Experience in the energy sector particularly in energy / power generation / heavy machinery industries.
Experience in managing a large workforce (600 employees).
Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
