Job Description
As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller you ll be the vital link connecting our client s transformative CRM and transaction software with nonprofit organizations across North America. This role demands a unique blend of techsavvy communication skills and a passion for social impact. You ll engage with nonprofit managers daily articulating how our software can revolutionize their fundraising efforts and operational processes. Your ability to understand and convey complex data management and financial concepts will be crucial in setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the tech industry while contributing to meaningful causes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 100120 highquality cold calls daily to nonprofit organizations
- Articulate the benefits of our CRM and transaction software to potential clients
- Master product knowledge including detailed features and their applications in the nonprofit sector
- Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to manage prospects and schedule followups
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked and attended appointments
- Provide insightful feedback on prospect interactions to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments

- Quick learner with strong memorization abilities for complex product information
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain basic data management and financial concepts
- Experience with or aptitude to quickly learn CRM tools particularly HubSpot
