The Head of Membership will lead the development engagement and growth of the Companys member network fostering strong relationships and delivering value to member organizations. This role will focus on strategic initiatives to drive membership acquisition retention and satisfaction aligning with the Companys mission to strengthen the ITBPM industry in the Philippines.
KEY RESPONSIBIILITIES
Membership Development & Growth
- Design and implement strategies to attract new members from ITBPM organizations and related sectors.
- Identify potential members and create compelling value propositions to grow the company s membership base.
Member Engagement & Retention
- Develop initiatives to enhance member satisfaction and engagement including events training programs and networking opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with members addressing their concerns and ensuring they derive value from Companys offerings.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align membership strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends and members need to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Partnerships & Advocacy
- Represent Company in industry forums and partner with stakeholders to amplify the association s advocacy efforts.
- Build partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and benefits for members.
DataDriven Insights
- Analyze membership data to track growth retention and engagement metrics.
- Use insights to refine membership strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Team Management
- Lead the membership team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in membership management business development or a related role preferably in associations or industry organizations.
- Strong understanding of the ITBPM sector and its key players in the Philippines.
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive engagement at senior leadership levels.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
