Requirements
Education:
- A First Degree in Social Sciences Business Management or a related discipline.
- A Master s degree in Strategy Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- A First Degree in Social Sciences Business Management or a related discipline.
Certifications:
- Black Belt Six Sigma and Project Management Professional certifications are a plus.

Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a midmanagement role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
