Parsons seeks a Design Delivery Manager with a solid technical background and extensive experience in modern construction methods. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading the technical delivery of complex design projects across diverse supply chains. This involves leveraging modular options from global supply chains including prefabricated components and advanced building materials.
The role entails overseeing and coordinating individual design teams to produce deliverables that must be seamlessly integrated into a comprehensive design solution. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for facilitating the development of flexible construction packages using industrial delivery methods. This is a fulltime role based in KSA with the expectation of global travel as part of the job requirements.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and manage the technical delivery of complex design projects
Work with diverse supply chains to incorporate modular options into design solutions
Manage individual design teams to ensure the production of highquality deliverables
Integrate deliverables into complete design solutions to enable agile construction packages
Utilize industrial delivery methods to streamline construction processes
What Required Skills Youll Bring
Indepth technical background in design and construction in KSA and the rest of the world.
Extensive experience in modern construction methods and global supply chains
Proven track record of leading the delivery of complex design projects
Ability to manage and integrate diverse design teams
Willingness to travel globally
Bachelors Degree: A degree in architecture engineering industrial design or a related field is essential
Advanced Degrees: A masters degree in architecture project management construction management or a related field can be advantageous
