Job Description
Position: Customer Success Agent
Work Hours: 40 hours per week GMT working hours (London time)
Pay Range: USD 2000 to 3000 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

A membership management software that helps effectively sell track and grow membership.
Role Overview
- Focus on customer support and problem resolution not primarily sales
- Managing help center/desk and resolving support tickets
- Process improvement and active customer outreach
- Potential for upselling during customer interactions
Minimum Requirements
- 35 years of experience in customerfacing roles
- Proficiency in Pipedrive and Intercom are preferred
