Job Description
Position : Sales Development Representative
Working Hours : M F 9:00am 5:00pm UK time
Salary Range : $
.Position Summary:
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills is terrific with customer service has a deep understanding of the sales process can be patient when frustrated and feels comfortable with cold outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill top of funnel for software sales ondemand training course
- Book highquality meetings for Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Will do the following task;
- lead generation
- Outreach
- pipeline management
- Collaboration
- Strategy and relationship building
- Potential for preliminary customer calls to qualify leads
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience w/ full sales cycle able to articulate process
- Industry exp (energy oil & gas petrochemical mining) helpful but not essential
- Must be comfortable w/ rejection email campaigns LinkedIn outreach
- Proven SDR experience preferred over industry knowledge
Tools & Technology:
- CRM: HubSpot (exp. preferred but not required)
- Prospecting tools: Lusha ZoomInfo (or similar)
- Heavy emphasis on LinkedIn Sales for outreach
