Key Responsibilities:
Content Management: Assist in the creation organization and maintenance of knowledge content to
ensure it is uptodate and easily accessible.
Support Global KMS Lead: Provide administrative and analytical support to the Global KMS Lead in
implementing knowledge management strategies and initiatives.
Newsletter Creation: Develop and distribute regular newsletters to keep the NIQ FinOps informed
about key updates best practices and knowledgesharing opportunities.
Communications: Craft clear and engaging communications for internal and external audiences
ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Branding: Support branding efforts by ensuring all NIQ FinOps knowledge management materials
adhere to the companys brand guidelines.
Culture and Engagement: Promote a knowledgesharing culture within the NIQ FinOps organization
by organizing events workshops and other initiatives to engage employees.
Social Media Management: Manage the NIQ FinOps organizations social media presence related to
knowledge management including content creation scheduling and engagement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Management Communications Marketing or a related
field.
Experience: 2 3 years of experience in knowledge management content creation communications
or a related role.
