We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our planning logistics and supply chain operations. This role is integral to achieving high service performance efficient logistics costs and streamlined processes. The ideal candidate will drive demand planning production planning and control (PPC) and logistics improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. This role also involves leading projects developing talent and fostering collaboration to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Logistics Management:

  • Manage drive and control demand planning PPC and logistics activities.
  • Optimize logistics costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Set and maintain stock level parameters processes and control mechanisms.
  • Oversee inventory turnover and address overaging materials effectively.
  • Handle local procurement including sourcing negotiation and purchasing.

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Lead and support new product introduction projects related to the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Drive operational improvement strategies across safety cost quality training inventory and services.

• Performance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Manage global freight forwarding to provide optimal service at the lowest cost.
  • Review and improve operating procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Team Development:

  • Attract retain and develop highpotential talent within the supply chain team.
  • Provide training coaching and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Act as a role model and change agent fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

• Customer Focus & Collaboration:

  • Partner with commercial teams to achieve sales goals and deliver superior customer service.
  • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and recommend actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years of operational experience with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling planning budgeting and control systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive operational improvements.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as ELS Operating Principles.
• Excellent customer focus communication and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
