We are seeking a resultsdriven and dynamic Project Manager to lead the development implementation and execution of highprofile crossfunctional projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise to drive initiatives from vision to completion ensuring ontime delivery within budget and with optimal quality. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean Sigma methodologies and Toyota Way principles to foster collaboration streamline processes and embed quality into projects while providing clear progress updates to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Develop detailed work plans schedules budgets resource plans and status reports to guide project execution.
- Lead crossfunctional teams across Sales Marketing R&D Supply Chain Finance IT and other departments for seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while providing summarylevel updates to executives.

Lean Sigma & Toyota Way Deployment:
- Apply Design for Lean Sigma (DfLS) tools and Toyota Way principles to accelerate timelines enhance collaboration and integrate quality into all project stages.
- Support site leaders in deploying Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate value stream mapping (VSM) 5S visual controls Kanban and other lean methodologies across teams.
- Incorporate Toyota Way values such as continuous improvement (Kaizen) respect for people and a focus on longterm thinking into all project activities.

Process Optimization:
- Review current and future state value streams and kaizen proposals to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead site layout and flow process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including thirdparty vendors and senior management.
- Partner with functional leaders to ensure alignment of project goals with broader business objectives.

Training and Development:
- Develop ELS training plans and oversee the progress of trainers and implementation teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to build project management and Lean Sigma expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of leading largescale crossfunctional initiatives.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Expertise in Lean Sigma / DfLS methods and tools (e.g. 5S VSM Kanban) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Toyota Way principles including Kaizen JustinTime (JIT) and respect for people is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project tracking software (e.g. Microsoft Project) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication facilitation and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive results in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
