Role:Functional Supply Chain Planning
Location: HyderabadBangloreMumbaiPune

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Functional Supply Chain Planning to provide functional SME expertise and support for implementing Oracle Supply Planning Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning applications. The consultant will be responsible for solution design business process analysis and system integration. Exposure to Oracle Cloud Inventory and Discrete Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a domain expert for the Oracle Cloud Planning module supporting configuration and extension.
- Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives combining standard methodologies product knowledge and business insight.
- Provide functional expertise and leadership on endtoend enterprise solutions for assigned roles.
- Collaborate with client and Oracle teams to develop business solution designs and ensure alignment with requirements.
- Drive business development efforts by providing domain expertise and thought leadership around industryleading practices.
- Resolve complex customer issues and recommend enhancements to Oracle products.
- Conduct workshops fitgap analyses CRPs functional configuration and client user training.
- Define testing scenarios develop validation scripts and support the execution of testing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 38 years in Oracle Cloud Planning module.
- Proven experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud including handson configuration.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Supply Planning Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Ability to configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Expertise in industry best practices for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Preferred Skills
- Broader product technology or industry expertise is advantageous.
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies and standard processes.
- Handson experience with Oracle Cloud Inventory and Discrete Manufacturing.
- Experience with clientfacing responsibilities providing thought leadership and strategic solutions.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
- Ability to support client workshops and functional process discussions.
- Proven capability in validating business solutions through testing and scripting.
