Job Description
As an Appointment Setter you ll play a pivotal role in driving attendance to exclusive virtual events for Csuite executives and company founders. Using cuttingedge power dialer technology you ll reach out to highlevel decisionmakers presenting compelling invitations to industryleading CEO events. This position offers a rare chance to refine your communication skills while interacting with top business leaders. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Make highvolume outbound calls to CEOs founders and executives using advanced power dialer systems
- Deliver persuasive invitations for exclusive virtual events hosted by boutique consulting firms
- Execute a structured sales process and script to effectively communicate event value
- Hit daily call targets while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
- Update CRM systems with call outcomes and prospect information
- Collaborate with the agency team to enhance outreach strategies and boost conversion rates
Requirements
- Exceptional English language skills with a neutral accent
- Strong communication abilities adept at engaging professionally with Csuite executives
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialer software (experience with Reply.io or Phone Burner a plus)
- Ability to work US business hours (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
