Job Description for Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter
Responsibilities:
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to warm leads who have opted in for contact
- Set and confirm appointments for insurance agents
- Perform brief prequalification calls to assess lead quality
- Transfer interested prospects directly to available agents for immediate conversations
- Accurately update the CRM system with call dispositions and detailed notes
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously including using a power dialer and CRM
- Work towards meeting daily weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and improve lead quality
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in outbound calling appointment setting and sales is required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and power dialers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a highvolume calling environment
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry (preferred but not required)
Scope:
- Make 150200 outbound calls per day
- Set 1015 qualified appointments per day
- Achieve a 80% or higher appointment confirmation rate
- Maintain a 95% or higher accuracy rate in CRM data entry
- Collaborate with a team of 180 insurance agents across the country
- Potential to earn performancebased bonuses on top of base salary
Requirements
