Job Description
Salary Range: $1200 $2500 monthly base salary incentive
Location: Colombia and Argentina (100% remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday EST or CST
Are you organized and driven with a knack for helping sales teams thrive We’re seeking a detailoriented and proactive Appointment Setter to manage lead schedules support meeting preparation and keep our sales team on track.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with leads as an English or Spanish speaker.
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads showcase the firm's value and schedule closing calls for the owner.
- You'll play a pivotal role in prequalifying leads and representing our services effectively to increase the likelihood of successful conversions.
- May support sales operations and contribute to scaling efforts for the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales processes.
- C1 English proficiency.
