- Manage incoming inquiries professionally ensuring prompt and effective responses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
- Conduct initial sales conversations to assess client needs and qualify opportunities
- Collaborate with the manager to close deals through strategic email correspondence
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using Google Sheets or similar tools
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline status
- Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional tasks as the company grows
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales particularly in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and willingness to learn new software tools
- Selfmotivated with strong time management skills for remote work
- Experience with or eagerness to master email prospecting and analytics tools
