This role is to handle the full spectrum of HR matters for all employees of our client. The client offers an integrated range of products in installation maintenance and modernization of elevators and escalators for residential and commercial use throughout Malaysia. The HR executive will be reporting to the Executive Director.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR matters (Recruitment Onboarding Payroll Attendance Leaves Offboarding.
- Liaise and coordinate with external government authorities where required (for EPF EIS SOCSO PCB etc.)

PROPERTY/ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Source for rental/collection
- Upkeep of units
- Loan settlement
- Renewal of licenses
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO)
- Compliance
- Internal Audits
- Monthly meetings
- Management Review
CERTIFICATION
- Renewal with statutory bodies
- Safety passport for staffs
Requirements:
- A good degree or diploma will be considered.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in SQL Microsoft Excel skills or other payroll software would be preferred and advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate availability would be preferred
