Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS and other HRrelated software.
- Problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Understanding of performance management processes.

- Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.
