Job Description: Are you a social media fanatic fluent in Spanish Do you excel in creating engaging and secure online environments Were looking for a dedicated and meticulous Spanishspeaking Social Media Support Agent to work onsite in Lisbon. Youll be the primary contact for our Spanishspeaking users addressing their inquiries resolving issues and maintaining the quality of our content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation: Review and moderate usergenerated content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines.
  • User Assistance: Interact with users on social media platforms in Spanish providing timely and accurate information.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve user complaints and issues efficiently ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of user interactions and moderation activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to improve user satisfaction and tackle complex problems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance user experiences and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of platform policies company updates and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2)
  • Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a similar field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of our dynamic onsite team in Lisbon.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms moderation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
