Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Spanishspeaking Recruiter to join a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. In this role you will play a key part in sourcing top talent to support their teams using your language skills to identify screen and prepare candidates for various roles while contributing to the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to leverage their Spanish proficiency to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.


Location: Lisbon OR Porto Portugal


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels such as databases social media and job fairs.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and aptitudes.
  • Collaborate with different departments and managers to validate hiring needs and requirements.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.
  • Build trust with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level.
  • University degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods including profile definition assessments interviews and followups.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on community building and teamwork.
