You speak Greek and you have Cosmetics knowledge We are recruiting Greek speakers Talent to Beauty Advisor in Porto Portugal !!
Your working day:
- Customer contact via live chat phone Emails webforms or Social.
- Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
- Providing excellent solutions and service.
- Providing product and beauty advice in a professional precise and timely manner.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:
- Fluent in Greek & English (C1 minimum)
- Customer Service / Cosmetic experience
- Great communication
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal
You will benefit :
- 12month renewable contract
- Working in Porto
- Initial training during 2 weeks
- Work schedule : Monday to Sunday between 8am to 8pm // 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift
