Join a Multinational BPO Company as a Spanishspeaking Recruiter
We are collaborating with a global BPO leader that delivers outstanding customer support and sales services for toptier brands. The company is seeking a motivated Spanishspeaking Recruiter to help identify and onboard exceptional talent for their teams in Lisbon or Porto Portugal.
Position Details:
Location: Lisbon or Porto Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Competitive base salary performance bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate Attraction: Utilize databases social media and job fairs to source highquality candidates.
- Interviewing: Assess candidates knowledge skills and experience to match roles effectively.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with managers and departments to align recruitment goals and strategies.
- Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding to integrate new hires successfully into the company.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Data Management: Create update and maintain recruitment reports and databases.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level) with English fluency (B2 level).
- Educational Background: University degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment with expertise in sourcing techniques and referral programs.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organization communication and presentation abilities. Positive attitude and communityfocused mindset.
