Job Description
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Role: Spanish speaking B2B Support Advisor
Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 870 (paid 14 x per year) Euro 50 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucher and 20 Euro transport allowance
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotative shifts including night shifts) Days Off 2 rotative days
Relocation package: flight reimbursement at the end of the 6th month of contract up to 400€ plus room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from your salary)

Our client is a global outsourcing partner they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon they are looking to recruit Spanish speaking B2B Support Advisors.
The Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join a leading provider of innovative payment solutions and business technology. Our client offers a comprehensive platform that enables businesses to streamline operations enhance customer interactions and manage transactions efficiently. Their cuttingedge system allows business owners to sell across multiple channels optimize inventory schedule appointments and much more.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highquality B2B customer support assisting business clients with inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Deliver tailored solutions to help businesses optimize their use of the platform’s services.
- Engage with clients across multiple communication channels including Phone Email and Chat ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Identify account holders and verify account information in compliance with security protocols.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and procedures to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure timely resolution of concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in both English and the designated support language.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to details
Salary and benefits
Competitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 870 plus gros fixed language bonus of 50 euro p/m plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. Transport allowance of 20 EUR p/m is given.
