We have partnered with a global industrial electrical manufacturing company in Highland IL area to provide them with a Vice President of Marketing. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized must haves for the Vice President of Marketing:
#1. Bachelors degree Business or related field and ten plus years experience in marketing.
#2. Product development experience.
#3. Leader of a marketing team for a midsized company within the manufacturing sector.
#4. Marketing of Technical Products preferably to utility oil and gas and industrial electrical markets.
Requirements of the Vice President of Marketing:
- Possess a bachelors degree in Business or a related discipline along with 10 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven leadership of a marketing team within a mediumsized organisation in the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in promoting technical solutions ideally targeting sectors such as utilities oil and gas and industrial electrical markets.
- Handson experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee departmental operations effectively.
- Skilled in gathering analysing and leveraging market intelligence.
- Track record of expanding market presence and driving profitability.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating acquisitions.
- Focused on enhancing brand visibility and recognition.
- Adept at business management with a strong focus on achieving revenue growth and profitability.
- A strategic thinker capable of aligning departmental efforts with company goals through a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Experienced in creating marketing strategies and managing roadmaps for diverse product portfolios.
Other Key Requirements:
- Required to be onsite.
