Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company s services and products effectively.
- Identify and generate leads through various marketing activities including field visits and client meetings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage promotional campaigns including social media and offline activities to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition and understand market trends for better planning.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to management showcasing performance metrics and feedback.
- Ensure timely followup with potential clients and provide postsale support as required.
- Represent the company in exhibitions seminars and other promotional events as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing including maintaining records and tracking expenses.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools is an added advantage.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a targetdriven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Trichy region is preferred for ease of field marketing activities.
