Role Description: Lead development and implementation of IT documentation Ensure all documentation is accurate uptodate and adheres to company standards. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for documentation. Design and develop training materials and programs for IT systems and processes. Analyze existing IT documentation and training processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and trainingrelated inquiries. Partner with project managers business analysts and technical teams to ensure documentation and training align with project goals and user needs.
