Job Title: Sales Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales efforts develop new business opportunities and expand our presence in the craft beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales expertise strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement. This role will involve crafting sales strategies managing the complete sales cycle and working closely with our founders to ensure growth aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the craft beverage industry.
  • Team Building: Recruit train and manage a highperforming sales team.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage Salesforce and explore AIdriven tools to streamline the sales process. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with company founders to align sales initiatives with business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience ideally in B2B packaging or craft beverage industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer success. Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with a customercentric approach.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in beverage packaging or CPG packaging.
  • Background in the craft beer or beverage comanufacturing industry.
