Overview:
Practice consists of 3 Doctors. 2 Fulltime 1 Parttime. This is a private Doctor owned group.
Group has a Retina specialist high volume potential for Cornea Specialist.
Large Referral network from all Optometrists in the area as we have 1012 in the area that refer to us. Our practice does not do any optical. We have a large cataract patient population.
Group has 3 offices the main office is in Springfield OH.
Current providers work up to 36 hours a week with 1/2 days on Fridays.
Daily volume potential can be 1216 procedures a day. Group is currently booked up 3 months in advance.
Typical weekly work flow can be 3 days in a clinic and 1 day in surgery. We are flexible due to the volume potential for a new provider.
Partnership in Surgery center and Group offered after year 1. Partnership can consist of real estate surgery center and practice.
No Nights No call No weekends.
Base salary percent of collections model full benefits PTO 401K match Med Mal and CME of 3K with CME time off.
