Your Role DaytoDay:
- Act as a matchmaker between leading Veterinary organizations (clinics hospitals humane societies) and talented professionals.
- Source candidates through job boards social media professional networks and databases.
- Attract and engage passive candidates through calls emails and texts.
- Build a strong network of professionals for future opportunities.
- Achieve weekly monthly and quarterly goals with a resultsdriven approach.
This role requires someone who thrives on building authentic relationships has a consultative approach and can prioritize and strategize to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
Your Schedule and Location:
You ll work fulltime Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM in our modern South Tulsa office. The office is conveniently located near Whole Foods the Creek Turnpike restaurants fitness centers and more. After one year of tenure you may have the option to work from home one day a week.

What You Bring:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
- Influential and outgoing personality with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Selfmotivated coachable and goaloriented mindset.
- Strong research skills and resourcefulness you know your way around Google social media and professional networks.
- The ability to follow directions stay organized and work effectively in a processdriven environment.
- Previous inside or outside sales experience is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using the phone for outreach and relationshipbuilding.
- Computer literacy fast typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A Bachelor s degree is preferred but not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
