What we want:

We are looking for a seasoned HR and Administrative professional with extensive expertise in both IT and NonIT recruitment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on leveraging LinkedIn as a primary recruitment tool.

What will you do:
Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases social media etc.
Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
Assessing applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
Onboarding new employees to become fully integrated.
Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Manage office administration including procurement and maintenance of office supplies.
Handle vendor management and ensure timely execution of services.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities events and celebrations.
Monitor employee satisfaction and support initiatives to improve workplace morale.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.


Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in both endtoend recruitment and administrative functions.
Good communication Skills
Good understanding of souring skills.
Effective convincing/negotiation skills.
Able to work as part of a team managing a large and varied workload.
