- Oversee the endtoend number porting process for cloudbased phone implementations including number transfers and service migrations.
- Coordinate with clients telecommunications carrier orders and internal process management to ensure successful porting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and carrierspecific requirements during the number porting process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding number porting and carrier circuit requests and providing status updates.
- Collect and verify necessary information and documentation from clients for accurate porting such and current existing phone records commonly located on Customer Service Records.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to the carrier circuit orders and number porting process.
- Interact with telecommunications carriers and vendors to facilitate smooth circuit installations and number porting service transitions.
- Track and manage porting requests ensuring timely completion and resolution of any issues that arise.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of carrier orders processes and requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all porting activities including request submissions approvals and completion statuses.
- Prepare and maintain reports on number porting activities progress and performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that occur during the number porting process.
- Work with technical teams to resolve any technical problems related to phone setup or number porting.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues and improve process efficiency.
- Evaluate and enhance the carrier order and porting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and technological advancements related to number porting and carrier requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on experience and industry knowledge.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
